Gonzaga Campus Garden

The Gonzaga Community Garden is located behind the St. Peter Faber House on campus. It is open to students, faculty, staff, and the greater Spokane community. This garden features fruit trees, berries, and 19 raised beds with produce that anyone can pick as they pass through. The mission of the Gonzaga Campus Garden is to "is to provide locally sourced produce for members of the Gonzaga Community in a sustainable way that develops the whole person." The garden also has two large cold frames so produce can be grown for students throughout the winter. Various groups on campus help care for this garden including Gonzaga sustainability, faculty and staff, Plant Services, the Gonzaga garden club, and DECA. The garden is a quiet, relaxing place to enjoy a break from the day.
